What happens next?
  1. Order Confirmation:
    You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and the ETA for your preliminary title report.
  2. Title Examination & Clearance:
    Our team examines the title, resolves any curative items, and issues “Clear to Close” when ready.
  3. ​Schedule Closing:
    When you’re ready to close, email [email protected] or your assigned closer will contact you to coordinate. 
  4. Closing Support:
    We’ll be available during closing to address any borrower questions.
  5. Recording & Final Policy:
    Recording submitted to secure lien position. Final policy delivered within 5 business days.
